Without a talented, energetic and organized PRODUCTION MANAGER, our Cultural Programme would simply be day-dreaming.
Fast forward one year:
- You successfully managed all practicalities involved in the delivery of the Cultural Programme for the StartUp phase, implementing each project under the general concept, in time and on budget.
- Some people produce perfect plans that are never implemented. Not you. Your thorough planning and organizing skills coupled with an understanding of cultural production processes, were matched by your discipline and tenacity to make things happen.
- From the very beginning you impressed us with your resourcefulness and ability to handle all sorts of unexpected situations (especially under pressure).
- Your excellent management skills of both logistics of large scale projects (technical resources and supplies, sound, light, transport and stage construction) and people (artists, technicians, sub-contractors or suppliers) enabled us to produce 25-30 high-quality and high-impact cultural events.

Please note that Romanian language at mother tongue level with excellent writing skills and very good proven English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages (Hungarian, Serbian, German, Italian, etc.) is considered an advantage.
The initial screening and interviews will be carried out by AIMS International Romania, Timisoara office, an independent HR consultancy, recruitment and training company. The final interviews will be conducted between 17-18 of August 2017 in both Romanian and English. We can hardly wait to start working with you – even as early as the 1st of September, if that suits you.
